For daily facial care, use a 1% dilution (5-6 drops in 30ml of carrier oil). For daily body care, use a 2% dilution (10-12 drops in 30ml of carrier oil). For acute care, use a 3-5% dilution (15-30 drops in 30ml of carrier oil). Please note that 1ml of our essential oil contains approximately 16-20 drops.
Avoid using citrus oils before sun exposure, and keep essential oils away from the eyes. Wash your hands after handling them. If the oil gets in your eyes, immediately flush with coconut oil or cold milk – do not use water.
